The Malaysian company Graphjet Technology (NASDAQ: GTI) successfully listed on NASDAQ through its merger with the SPAC company Energem Corp.

Graphjet Technology Sdn Bhd (NASDAQ: GTI), a trailblazer in sustainable graphite and graphene production, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully listing on the NASDAQ. Concurrently, the Malaysian company Graphjet Technology (NASDAQ: GTI) successfully listed on NASDAQ through its merger with the SPAC company Energem Corp. This marks a pivotal moment in Graphjet’s journey, as it leverages its innovative technologies on an expanded platform for growth and development. The Company commenced trading at 9:30 am ET on March 15, 2024.

The company has successfully raised US$ 5.8 million (RM 27.4 million) through its NASDAQ listing, planning to speed up its growth strategy and expand its manufacturing capacity. Additionally, it is actively pursuing opportunities to implement its technology at scale in North America and other regions to meet the burgeoning global demand for graphite and graphene.
