Hexcellence US IPOs Weekly Recap - Week of July 20, 2020
Seven IPOs and five SPACs went public in the week of July 20, 2020, led by led by Jamf (Nasdaq: JAMF), an Apple enterprise software provider which soared 51% in its first trading day and closed its first week at 53% above its IPO price.
Chinese online education and technology service provider Skillful Craftsman Education Technology (Nasdaq: EDTK) raised $15 million.
Pershing Square Tontine Holdings (NYSE: PSTHU), the largest SPAC ever also went public this past week. It is targeting a "Mature Unicorn," or a business with a market cap of $10 billion or more.
The other four SPACs that went public this past week are:
1. Ascendant Digital Acquisition (digital entertainment SPAC)
2. East Resources Acquisition (energy SPAC)
3. Property Solutions Acquisition (real estate SPAC)
4. Greencity Acquisition (Asia business investment SPAC)
